All the videos on this site have been partitioned into chapters, each approximately 40 minutes in length. This gives you the freedom to watch them as your time allows, as well as to come back to certain topics should you wish.

Our entire Omega Teaching Program is now up online. This forms the basic curriculum to Functional Biochemistry. The complete course is 10 modules and each module leads on from the previous. So if you are new to the whole concept then I suggest you start with Module 1 and as time permits work your way right through to Module 10. However, if you are an experienced practitioner you can watch any of the modules whenever you wish.

In addition you will find a large number of Specialist modules, Updates, Annual conferences and Guest speakers.
